Nabid Nur is an Advocate of the District and Session Judges’s Court , Dhaka. His practice areas include civil litigation, criminal litigation, arbitration, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering law, Artha Rin Adalat Act, labour and employment law, family and succession law, and intellectual property law. Mr. Nur has obtained Diploma-in-Law degree and LL.B (Hons) from the University of London. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma degree from the Heriot-Watt University, London, and an LL.M degree in Comparative Commercial Law from the BPP University, London. He has experience of working as a Legal Assistant at Universal Solicitors LLP, London. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Associate at Abdul Barak Chowdhury & Associates.

Benajir Anjum Chandni has prior experience working as an Executive, copyright, Legal Department at the BongoBD, which is a prime online media company in Bangladesh, and also worked as an associate at Mahbub & Company – a leading corporate law firm in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has significant experience in legal research and legal drafting in commercial and business law matters. She has worked as Secretary in various Arbitration Tribunals and also has vast experience to assist International Virtual Trials in several cases. Before joining Mahbub & Company, she has completed her LL.M in International Commercial Law from North South University (2019) and has completed her LL.B from BRAC University, Dhaka (2017). She is a published writer nationally on contemporary social, legal, and human rights issues.

Nowshin holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Dhaka and is currently pursuing LL.M at the same institution. At present, she is serving as the Managing Editor of Dhaka Law Review, a student-based law journal of the University of Dhaka. Throughout her academic life, she has been associated with writing, debating, and mooting. Nowshin is also working as the coordinator of the “Law and Justice Network” of the Youth Policy Forum. Previously, she has worked as a research associate at Nexalegal. Her interests primarily focus on human rights issues, humanitarian laws, and refugee crises.
